Every project follows this arc — from first Spark to final Reveal — so your team always knows where you are, what comes next, and what it means.

Here’s what each phase delivers:

01 — Spark

This is where success gets defined before we design anything. We clarify your goals, understand your brand and culture, and establish the success metrics that will measure the performance of your finished space. You leave Phase 01 with a shared definition of what “done right” means — for your people, your brand, and the leaders who’ll be measured by the result.

02 — Vision

Design direction takes shape here. Mood boards, finish directions, and palette concepts translate your brand into a visual language you can react to, refine, and own. This is the exploration phase — where ideas get tested and sharpened before anything is committed to spec. It’s collaborative by design, because the direction we set here shapes everything that follows.

03 — Blueprint

Vision becomes specification. Enhanced renderings, concept layouts, and key design details give your team a complete, decision-ready picture of the space. Phase 03 is where we commit — and where the Catalyst Capsule™ is delivered.

The Catalyst Capsule™

Every PureAlchemy project includes the Catalyst Capsule™.

The Capsule is the natural output of our first three phases — Spark, Vision, and Blueprint. By the time Phase 03 concludes, every client holds a complete design vision: a spatial roadmap, curated finishes and palette, measurable success metrics, concept layouts, and enhanced renderings. That’s the Catalyst Capsule. It’s the Blueprint. That’s why we call it that.

Some clients take their Capsule into Phases 04 through 06 with PureAlchemy — moving from vision into procurement, construction, and reveal. Others take it and run. Either path is complete. The Capsule works on its own, and it works as the foundation for everything that follows.

Phases 04 Through 06: From Blueprint to Reveal

For clients ready to move from vision into build, Phases 04 through 06 bring the Catalyst Capsule to life. This is where PureAlchemy’s design leadership and hands-on project coordination become your greatest advantage — one point of accountability from approved design through final installation.

04 — Immersion

With your design direction approved, we go deep into the technical and logistical layer. Technical plans, detailed budgets, and full project specifications translate the Blueprint into a build-ready package. This is the phase that separates a beautiful design from a buildable one — and where most projects either stay on schedule or start to drift. We keep them on track.

05 — Transform

Construction. Procurement. Installation. We curate the right build team for your project — boutique firm or large GC — and manage the work from first day on-site to final finish installed.

What sets this phase apart isn’t speed — it’s coordination. Every contractor sequence is planned against what matters most to you: operating hours, revenue continuity, staff disruption, client-facing spaces. We protect what can’t stop while we transform what needs to change. The result is a renovation that feels far less disruptive than clients expect — and a finished space that arrives exactly as envisioned.

06 — Reveal

The space is complete. Your team walks in for the first time. But Reveal isn’t just a handoff — it’s the phase where we measure what actually changed. The success metrics defined in Phase 01 are evaluated against the finished environment, giving you a documented before/after that shows how the space is performing for your people and your brand.

This is what “measurable outcomes” means in practice. Not a promise. A record.
