Corporate office — hybrid workspace + client entertainment venue
Scope
Full office transformation for a rapidly growing incentive travel company — blending traditional offices, hybrid hoteling stations, and event-ready hospitality spaces within a historic building.
THE SPACE BEFORE
The company was in the middle of rapid growth and their space couldn’t keep up. As an incentive travel and meetings firm, they host clients, entertain, and collaborate constantly — but the office didn’t reflect any of that. The team had outgrown the layout, virtual employees had no reason to come in, and the space said nothing about a brand built on creating unforgettable experiences.
THE DESIGN DIRECTION
The vision was an office that could work as hard as the team does — and shift gears just as fast. By day, it needed to support focused work, hybrid hoteling, and spontaneous collaboration. By evening, it had to transform into a space that could host clients and feel like genuine hospitality. The design also had to honor the character of the historic building while making the brand unmistakably present.
WHAT WE WORKED WITH (AND AROUND)
A space that needed to be five things at once.
Private offices, open desks, hoteling stations, a client-facing event space, and quiet focus zones — all within one footprint. We designed collaborative zones with flexible furniture configurations so the space adapts to the work style of the moment rather than locking people into one mode.
Branding a historic building without overpowering it.
The building had real character — exposed brick, reclaimed glass panels, a story worth telling. We leaned into it rather than covering it over. Repurposed glass panels became office front windows. Framed historic photographs were placed in work niches. The new conference room was designed to be largely transparent, putting the original brick walls on display. Then the brand was layered in through backlit monograms, neon details, and large-format art prints in the company’s teal blue.
Making it personal.
Reclaimed barn wood from the owners’ South Dakota farm was integrated into the space — a material choice that ties the company’s story to the environment in a way no catalog finish ever could.
A reception area with no receptionist.
The company needed a polished arrival experience without dedicated front-desk staff. We designed a large reception bar with a backlit logo that serves triple duty — check-in point by morning, dynamic hot desk during the day, and bar or buffet when clients come through for events.
THE OUTCOME
The office went from a space people worked in to a place people want to be. Virtual team members now come in by choice. Clients and salespeople visit not because they have to, but because the space itself makes an impression. The executive meeting area — with its glass conference room, custom table, blackout shades, and branded virtual meeting backdrop — matches the caliber of the clients they’re growing into.
A cozy lounge with a water vapor fireplace sits just outside the boardroom, softening the transition between formal meetings and casual conversation. The whole environment now embodies what Prestige Global does for their clients — they create experiences, and now their own space proves it.
