Scope
Full buildout of a uniquely shaped office suite — converting a former sleep clinic into a brand-driven headquarters with executive zones, wellness spaces, and a signature branded corridor.
THE SPACE BEFORE
The suite sat at the apex of a boomerang-shaped building — a footprint that sounds interesting on paper and turns into a puzzle in practice. The previous tenant was a sleep clinic, so the existing layout was carved into small, oddly shaped treatment rooms with zero flow between them. Nothing about the space supported how a fast-moving team actually works together
THE DESIGN DIRECTION
INDPRO’s leadership wanted a space with real personality — one that reflected the company’s character and matched the energy of their team. The palette needed to center on blue, a color tied to specific preferences within leadership, complemented by warm, textured wood tones. Beyond aesthetics, the office had to balance focused executive work, collaborative sessions, and genuine downtime — all within an unconventional footprint.
WHAT WE WORKED WITH (AND AROUND)
The boomerang footprint.
Fitting a functional office layout into this shape was a mosaic puzzle exercise. We placed the boardroom and executive offices at the building’s apex and designed a central corridor from reception back to the primary meeting space. That move created intuitive wayfinding for visitors while keeping internal operations private.
A very specific color requirement.
The design palette wasn’t a preference — it was a necessity. Blue had to anchor the entire environment. We built a split-complementary scheme around cerulean tones, using woodgrain luxury vinyl plank as the warm counterpoint. The result reads as intentional and cohesive rather than constrained.
Wellness as a priority, not an afterthought.
Early in the design phase, the leadership team identified rest and recovery as a real need — not a perk. We designed a dedicated relaxation room with a massage chair and napping sofa, plus a fireplace lounge further down the corridor for calmer group gatherings. These aren’t leftover spaces. They’re planned.
THE OUTCOME
INDPRO now operates in a space that actually feels like them. The signature move is a floor-to-ceiling branded corridor — the company’s five-pointed star “embossed” into the passage from reception to the boardroom. It’s the kind of detail visitors remember.
The breakroom became a real gathering point, with versatile furniture configurations and a sky-blue ceiling that gives the room an unexpectedly open, almost ethereal quality. Between the dedicated executive zone, branded corridor, wellness spaces, and flexible work areas, the team has room to focus, collaborate, and recharge — all within a footprint most firms would’ve called a limitation.
